The park is located in Puerto de la Cruz, which is in the north of the island of Tenerife, Spain. The address of the park is Av. Loro Parque, s/n, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
The easiest (and recommended) way to get to the park from the south is to instead purchase our Loro Parque tickets with transfers from the south.
To get to Puerto de la Cruz from the south by bus, you will need to take the bus from Estacion de Guaguas Adeje (Costa Adeje bus station) and then change at Santa Cruz. This journey can take about 3 hours each way. If you want to see the bus route on a map, you can use this handy map we created on Google Maps.
We recommend using our transport service. This will save you the time and hassle of taking the bus, which can be very time-consuming.
If you are coming from the north, the easiest option would be to use the local bus service Titsa.
There is a car park located at the park if you decide to drive, there will be a small fee on entry.
Your Loro Parque ticket is valid for one day within a year of the date of purchase so you can always decide on another date.
